the hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a nice area, so close to the club house, downtown and airport. we got room with modern decor and a nice bathroom to relax. the bed was very comfy and there was free wi-fi. great and good location to attractions like bryant park, that was close to the property.

The layout of the apartment at Kasa Freemorewest was great. We had our own space to sit outside on the balcony, and the rooms were spacious. The full kitchen had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer with provided detergent. The virtual front desk was quick to respond to any issues we had. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of lounge chairs, seating areas, and even grills. The whole place was well thought out and quiet. I would recommend this hotel.

The area is quiet and the rooms are spacious with balconies, making it a good place to relax. The pool is also nice with plenty of seating and a seating area around a fire pit. The front desk is virtual and provides timely assistance. I appreciate having a full kitchen and washing machine with detergent provided.
The water pressure in the shower is almost non-existent and the drain is slow.
